- Set clear direction, quality standards, priorities, and accountability for project teams.
- Direct internal and external resources to deliver high-quality outputs within scope and timeline.
- Coach team members in analytical problem solving, pharmaceutical domain expertise, and executive communication.
- Ensure rigorous quality control, governance, and adherence to applicable client and company standards.

Data & Analytics Experience
- Broad experience across the pharmaceutical commercial data ecosystem, including sales and prescription, claims/RWE, payer and market access, patient, specialty pharmacy, CRM, field force, digital, and omnichannel data.
- Hands-on experience integrating and interpreting multiple secondary data sources to assess market dynamics, brand performance, customer behavior, patient journeys, competitive activity, and commercial effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of the strengths, limitations, methodologies, and business rules underlying key pharmaceutical data sources, with the ability to assess data quality and translate complex datasets into reliable insights.
- Experience with leading industry platforms and tools such as IQVIA, Komodo, Optum, MMIT, Veeva CRM, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, and/or Spotfire.
- Ability to connect disparate data sources and analytical outputs into a coherent commercial narrative that informs brand strategy, resource allocation, and business decisions.
The ideal candidate does not need to be an expert in every dataset but should have the breadth to understand how disparate data sources fit together to answer commercial questions.
