Qualificações

Position Overview

The Director of Innovation & Adoption will lead a team of design and innovation professionals, helping healthcare organizations improve workflows, develop innovative solutions, and successfully adopt new technologies and processes.

This individual will oversee strategic client engagements, guide experience design initiatives, and develop the methodologies and capabilities needed to deliver measurable business results.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in healthcare consulting, service design, organizational transformation, and executive-level client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Innovation Leadership

• Lead and advance human-centered design practices, including service design, experience strategy, user research, journey mapping, and service blueprinting.
• Establish and maintain design methodologies, quality standards, tools, and reusable frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to improve healthcare workflows, operational processes, and technology adoption.
• Translate research findings and business challenges into actionable recommendations and innovative solutions.

Client Engagement & Consulting

• Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives and senior stakeholders.
• Lead discovery sessions, executive workshops, stakeholder alignment meetings, and innovation initiatives.
• Oversee multiple client engagements while managing project quality, resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop future-state solutions that address business objectives, user needs, and organizational challenges.
• Guide clients through concept development, validation, implementation planning, and adoption strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of designers, researchers, facilitators, and experience strategists.
• Support talent development, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
• Ensure consistent delivery quality across projects and client engagements.

Business Development & Practice Growth

• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals, solution development, and client presentations.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and introduce additional consulting services.
• Develop thought leadership, methodologies, and frameworks that strengthen the organization's consulting capabilities.

Required Qualifications
