Job summary

NBACC, located at Fort Detrick in Frederick, MD, seeks an experienced IO program leader to oversee infrastructure, security, safety, and related operations. Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 14 years of experience or a Master's degree in engineering with at least 12 years in IO.
• Requires prior supervisory management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience supporting laboratory activities and NBACC's management system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the IO program and related infrastructure management.
• Ensures compliance with regulations, client requirements, and safety policies.
• Maintains records and supports corrective actions and audits.
• Leads development of risk management and emergency preparedness plans.
• Manages environment, safety, and health (ESH) functions and program performance.
