Job summary

The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority seeks a Director to lead Infrastructure Optimization & Technology Improvements, advancing data, dashboards, and BI solutions across the Infrastructure Organization.

You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, strengthen the Power BI ecosystem, and deliver measurable gains in maintenance planning and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum experience in project management, engineering, or asset management.
• Knowledge of performance metrics and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees teams capturing and reporting asset maintenance metrics.
• Plans and evaluates strategy for infrastructure maintenance improvements.
• Leads strategic initiatives and projects aligned with Authority goals.
• Coordinates with Digital Modernization to identify tech solutions.
• Oversees data capture and KPI reporting for decision making.
