This executive role aligns technology with business goals, sets operating standards, and oversees internal teams and managed service providers to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10 years of senior leadership experience in enterprise infrastructure operations.
• Experience with hybrid and cloud environments, security, and governance.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate technical needs into business impact and investment decisions.
• Experience managing MSPs and vendors.

Aufgaben

• Own enterprise infrastructure operations across compute, storage, backup, monitoring, and cloud services.
• Establish runbooks, service management, observability, and continuous improvement disciplines to reduce disruption and improve service quality.
• Define the managed service provider operating model, governance cadence, service expectations, escalation paths, and accountability for service outcomes.
• Manage infrastructure budgets, cost drivers, forecasting, allocation, capacity planning, and cloud cost optimization.
• Ensure infrastructure operations meet cybersecurity, audit, regulatory, vulnerability remediation, patching, and resilience requirements.
• Provide clear visibility into infrastructure performance, service health, operational risk, financial performance, capacity, and improvement priorities.
