Job summary

You will manage the security team, drive metrics and automation, and oversee compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, PCI, and emerging AI regulations, partnering with IT, Legal, GRC, and Architecture. Relocation to Boston may be required for this full‑time role.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in information security, security engineering, or security operations.
• Five or more years managing managers and senior contributors; not for first-time managers.
• Proven ability to drive security programs with measurable goals and documentation.
• Experience coordinating across internal teams and external partners during incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead security engineering delivery, security operations, and evolving operating model.
• Translate regulatory and risk requirements into auditable technical controls.
• Own security operations including detection, response, escalation, and incident follow‑up.
• Establish SOPs, metrics, automation, and process improvements to scale security.
• Own AI security posture with guardrails and secure adoption of AI workflows.
