Job summary

You will drive product-facing authentication, threat modeling, and security architecture across engineering, with senior leadership collaboration.

You’ll mentor managers and engineers, advance DevSecOps tooling, and establish best practices for secure deployment, while maintaining a culture of innovation and psychological safety.

• Proven experience leading multiple security-focused teams.
• Deep understanding of product security, vulnerability management and secure SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead multiple security engineering teams.
• Drive product-facing security strategy and design standards.
• Lead vulnerability management programs across apps, cloud, and containers.
• Develop and mature DevSecOps tooling and secure-by-default workflows.
• Collaborate with CISO, Legal, Compliance to embed privacy by design.
