This role is designed for a hands‑on leader who has spent the last decade leading high‑performing teams while remaining a subject matter expert in the core technology systems we use to deliver our technology experience to all users. The ideal candidate will be the primary architect and guardian of our digital infrastructure, ensuring that our security posture, automation workflows, and identity management systems are best of breed. This role won’t just manage the department; it will set the technical standard for how we leverage our technology tools to strengthen business performance. We work in a team environment and expect a proactive approach to tackling our day‑to‑day tasks as well as jumping into priority and emergency situations.

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $160,000 - $175,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
