Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Software, Physics, etc.) with 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Graduate degree with 13+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 19 years of engineering experience.
• Senior management or lead experience in Information Security Systems Engineering (ISSE).
• Knowledge of DoD security policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of Information Security Systems Engineers.
• Forecast manpower needs based on program demand.
• Determine hiring needs and onboard system engineers.
• Apply systems security engineering methods to architecture, development, and integration.
• Capture customer security needs early and embed them throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead security authorization and ATO processes.
