Qualifikationen

• Seven or more years of fundraising experience
• Experience leading an annual giving program and/or soliciting major gifts
• Experience with political, PAC, or advocacy fundraising and knowledge of C3/C4/PAC distinctions
• Experience managing fundraising staff and data-driven decision making

• Lead major gifts and PAC fundraising, managing strategy and revenue goals
• Cultivate and steward donors through events and outreach
