• Own CaptivateIQ platform maintenance and optimization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for governance and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and management reporting for decisions.
• Ensure data quality across Salesforce and financial systems.
• Advise leadership on risks and system requirements.
