What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, communication, business, or a related field
2. 7+ years managing software implementation projects, preferably in healthcare
3. 4+ years of leadership experience, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
4. 3+ years in a client service or technical support role, ensuring successful software adoption
5. Strong understanding of clinical, financial, and analytics software in healthcare

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Industry-relevant certifications (e.g., Train the Trainer)
2. Knowledge of healthcare workflows, SaaS solutions, and EHR/EMR platforms
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
4. Proven experience in team management, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution
5. Familiarity with Tableau and Jira
