Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in the United States seeks a Director of Development Program Management to lead cross-functional teams across development programs from preclinical to lifecycle management.

The role requires independent execution, interaction with senior leadership, and mentorship of junior colleagues. Primary location is Tarrytown, NY with additional locations in Warren, NJ or Cambridge, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of program management experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech setting.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels inside and outside the company.
• Strong presentation and critical thinking skills; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Program Team to drive strategic program plans with goals, budgets, timelines, from preclinical through commercialization/lifecycle management.
• Propose and align annual program goals with program strategy and Regeneron’s corporate goals; monitor progress and report to management.
• Identify risks and develop risk management plans; drive timely issue resolution and cross-functional alignment.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues, manage direct reports, and collaborate with external collaborators as needed.
• Influence direction and outcomes by effectively communicating with senior leadership and stakeholders.
