Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Director of Development Program Management to provide operational leadership for development programs from preclinical through lifecycle management.

You will drive the cross-functional Strategic Program Team to develop strategic plans including goals, budgets, and timelines, and monitor execution to ensure timely delivery. The role requires 12+ years of program management experience in pharma/biotech, a Bachelor's degree, and outstanding communication

Qualifications

12+ years of relevant broad project / program management experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to effectively interact with all levels both internal and external.
Strong presentation and critical thinking skills.
Actively promote constructive interactions among team members and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional governance meetings to align development teams around integrated plans, timelines and budgets.
Partner with Global Program Head to drive Strategic Program Teams and sub-teams.
Monitor progress and provide timely reporting to management.
Identify risks and develop risk management plans and issue resolutions.
Coach and mentor junior colleagues and manage direct reports.
Collaborate with collaborators and contribute to departmental initiatives.
