BBYO is seeking a Director, Immersive Talent to lead our immersive talent strategy, building lasting relationships with speakers and educators for teens across BBYO. This remote role sits on the International Convention (IC) team and supervises Associate, Talent Services.

You will manage end-to-end talent operations, coordinate with regional leadership, and oversee contracts, travel, and budgets to deliver engaging, high-quality experiences for our youth.

Qualifications

• Experience with youth or teens is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 15% annually.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.

Responsabilités

• Execute talent strategy including recruitment, evaluation, and selection of speakers.
• Support deployment of educators and song leaders to immersive experiences.
• Lead end-to-end talent and content support for regional conventions.
• Partner with Alumni team to identify and select alumni speakers.
• Negotiate talent contracts and manage post-event follow-up.
• Oversee talent budget, contract and payment approvals in Airtable.
• Develop talent deployment resources and attend regional conventions.
