This executive role drives contracting strategy, policy development, data analytics, and performance improvement for challenging public-sector programs.

Ideal candidates bring four+ years in contract management leadership, knowledge of relevant laws, and strong budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Four years experience in the management and direction of contract management or contract oversight.
• CTCLUS? Certification within 18 months of hire is preferred (CTCM/CTCD).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for division operations and contracting support programs.
• Oversee program performance, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Direct budget planning, fiscal oversight, and reporting activities.
• Represent the organization and coordinate with key stakeholders.
• Lead and develop division staff and management teams.
• Performs related work as assigned.
