We have an opportunity at our Chicago offices for a Director II Treasury on our Finance team. This hybrid role reports to our Chicago, IL office, requiring 3 days in-office weekly.

This position collaborates with the VP Treasurer to oversee cash management, investment, credit, and collection functions, aiming to maximize earnings and safeguard assets in portfolios exceeding $1 billion.

Responsibilities:
  1. Investments & Treasury Functions: Oversee administration, accounting, and budgeting for investment activities; manage relationships with banks and advisors; oversee cash management to maximize revenues.
  2. Financial Policies & Operations: Develop credit policies; advise on financial strategies; prepare reports for the Board and Finance Committee.
  3. Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff; set objectives and priorities.
  4. Other Responsibilities: As assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of treasury experience; corporate and for-profit experience preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years in people management.
  • Expertise in cash management, investment management, financial analysis, and treasury operations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Limited travel; hybrid work model.

Salary range: $176,000-$234,000, determined by experience and other factors. Eligible for incentive plans. Benefits details available.
