Acrisure is seeking a Director of Security Engineering & Architecture to lead IAM and security architecture delivery across the enterprise. You will manage identity controls, drive automation, and partner with IT and Audit to optimize entitlements and access management.

In this execution‑focused role, you will oversee security engineering across cloud, network, and platform domains, ensure practical designs, and mentor senior technical staff while aligning with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a cybersecurity or related field.
• CISSP or CCSP certification preferred.
• Experience leading security engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM workforce, third‑party, and service identity capabilities.
• Translate standards into repeatable security designs and roadmaps.
• Oversee security controls across cloud, network, and infrastructure domains.
• Act as escalation point for identity and architecture incidents.
• Directly manage engineering and architecture managers and staff.
