Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
  • Proven success partnering with senior and executive leadership.
  • Deep experience across multiple HR disciplines (employee relations, talent strategy, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness).
  • Strong executive presence with credibility and discretion.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams through change and ambiguity.
  • Ability to manage sensitive employee relations with sound judgment.
  • Strong business and financial acumen incl. budgeting and analytics.
  • Experience in a global or multi-entity environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and refinement of HR strategies, programs, and policies that support organizational goals.
  • Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into clear people initiatives.
  • Provide strategic leadership across core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, talent management, compensation and benefits, training and development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to improve HR programs, benefits offerings, and related systems.
  • Lead and support learning and development initiatives aligned with current and future business needs.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and invoice processing related to HR operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members while fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization. This role requires a thoughtful, solutions-oriented leader who can navigate complexity, lead through change, and foster employee engagement and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
