Duke Health Lake Norman Hospital
Pursue your passion for caring with Duke Health Lake Norman Hospital in Mooresville, North Carolina. The smallest of Duke Health's four hospitals at 123 beds, it offers a comprehensive range of medical services, including 24-hour emergency care, cardiology, orthopedics, women's services, and surgical specialties.
The Director, HRBP plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our human resources functions. The Director, HRBP oversees a team and is responsible for the oversight and continuous improvement of HR service delivery for their designated entity. Strategic leadership will drive efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment across HR processes. This role also collaborates with cross-functional teams, provides guidance, and ensures seamless execution of HR initiatives.
Education: Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
Experience: 6 years of progressive human resources related experience. Health system, hospital, or Academic Medical Center experience preferred.
Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification: Professional HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations in human resources.
