Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a senior HR leader to drive comprehensive HR strategies across recruitment, employee relations and compliance. You will advise leadership and manage a geographically dispersed workforce, shaping workforce policies and aligning them with Spectrum’s goals.

With 8–10+ years of HR generalist experience and strong management background, you will guide managers, oversee payroll, HRIS, and staffing while maintaining budget discipline.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of HR generalist experience in one or more locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee relations and ensure policy administration across Spectrum.
• Guide managers with consultative support and resolve escalated issues.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal employment laws to minimize risk.
• Direct recruiting and staffing processes, retention strategies and regulatory compliance.
• Manage organizational change and participate in enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Oversee payroll processing, commissions reporting, and HRIS maintenance.
• Hire, train and develop direct reports while managing departmental expenses and budget.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or organizational behavior or related field or equivalent experience

Experience

• 8-10+ years of human resource generalist experience in single or multi-location environments

The base pay for this position generally is between $120,800.00 and $257,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
