Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a senior research leader in Employee Success to pioneer AI-driven work models and human–AI collaboration frameworks. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable workforce transformation across the organization.

Ideal candidates have a PhD in Organizational Psychology or related fields, 10+ years in organizational design or research, and a strong publication or applied-methods record. Leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• PhD in Organizational Psychology or related field is required.
• Strong track record in leading organizational design, workforce strategy, or research in a corporate setting.
• Publications or applied research demonstrating methods to address business challenges.
• Deep understanding of HCI and human–machine interaction in work processes.
• Ability to connect research insights to measurable business outcomes and KPIs.
• Proven leadership and communication skills across diverse, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead research on AI-enabled work models and translate findings into frameworks for job design and org structure.
• Apply HCI and cognitive science to design usable human–AI collaboration workflows.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape Salesforce's workforce transformation strategy.
• Drive enterprise-wide transformation by fostering learning, adaptability, and innovation.
• Develop scalable frameworks for job redesign and augmentation to support business growth.
• Communicate research insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Balance multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs.

Education

PhD in Organizational Psychology or related field

Leadership experience (5+ years)
