Sarasota Memorial Health Care System in Florida is seeking a Finance Shared Services Coordinator to support Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Financial Systems. Corporate Finance
The Finance Shared Services Coordinator serves as a key operational and systems resource supporting Accounts Payable, Payroll, Financial Systems, and other Finance Shared Services functions. Collaborates with Corporate Finance leadership, Human Resources, Treasury, Supply Chain, Information Services, and operational departments to support daily financial operations, optimize system utilization, improve workflows, enhance internal controls, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives. Serves as a subject matter expert in PeopleSoft financial applications, workflow processes, reporting tools, testing, documentation, and operational support. Leads and supports initiatives focused on payment modernization, electronic payment adoption, payroll process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency. Participates in financial system implementations, upgrades, audits, regulatory reporting, and special projects while promoting best practices throughout the organization.
