Thomson Reuters is seeking a Director, HRBP to partner with executive teams across Partnerships & Alliances and Commercial System Acceleration. You will drive people strategies to enable growth, organizational effectiveness, and high performance in a highly matrixed environment.

The role leads talent, workforce, and organizational initiatives, leverages data analytics (Workday) for insights, and shapes talent strategy to support business success in a hybrid US environment.

Qualifications

• Business or HR degree preferred; a relevant Master’s degree is a plus.
• Track record of designing and delivering a global people strategy.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in global, matrixed environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and coach on business growth and people strategies.
• Lead organizational change, talent planning, and workforce initiatives to support business objectives.
• Partner with key teams to align HR strategies with business goals and drive a talent agenda.
• Lead change management and succession planning to strengthen the talent pipeline.
