Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Director for Human Capital Transactions & Transformation Services. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams across M&A and transformation lifecycles, driving HR due diligence, integration, and carve-out initiatives.

You will design operating models for HR and help optimize SG&A through governance and processes, while growing the practice and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years post-graduate experience in Human Capital Consulting.
• Experience in pre-sign HR due diligence, post-sign HR stand-up or integration execution, HR transformation, or organizational design.
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI offices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal project teams across the M&A and transformation lifecycles.
• Lead HR due diligence (pre-sign), post-sign HR stand-up or integration execution, and carve-out initiatives.
• Design target operating models for HR across people, process, technology and governance.
• Grow the practice, build relationships and mentor junior staff.
