Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products seeks a Director, Human Resources Operations at our Corporate Headquarters in Lake Forest, IL. This role leads HR strategy across multiple plant locations, partnering with BU and Operations leaders to align talent and performance with business goals.

You will build and mentor HR Managers, drive workforce planning, and ensure compliance with applicable laws while championing a culture of inclusion and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional progressive experience in Human Resources leadership roles.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• PHR or SPHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Prior experience in a union environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a business partner to the Business Unit and delivering HR strategy and tactics.
• Collaborate across functional units to align priorities and deliverables.
• Build a high performing HR team by mentoring and developing HR Managers/Representatives and drive key HR metrics.
• Champion a strong workplace where employees feel heard, respected, and have a sense of belonging.
• Work with BU operations leaders to design organization structures and ensure the right talent in the right roles.
• Act as a business partner with Operations Leaders to develop change plans and drive improvements.
• Provide direction for compliance with laws and best practices in HR.
• Oversee employee and labor relations for operations leadership teams.
• Deliver other assigned HR projects and initiatives.
