Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in category management and strategic sourcing in a complex corporate environment.
• Experience supporting Human Resources categories, including Employee Benefits.
• Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies and negotiate global outsourcing agreements.

• Develops and executes multi-year category strategies aligned to enterprise objectives.
• Drives end-to-end sourcing initiatives for complex, high-impact spend areas.
• Drafts and negotiates complex contracts in partnership with Legal.
• Uses spend analytics, performance dashboards, and sourcing insights to inform decisions.
• Partners with HR and Legal leaders to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
