Description

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Director – HR Business Partner North America. The role will support the Corporate functions throughout the North America region. This role performs a specialized type of HR work focused on HR consulting to the business including: HR consulting and coaching, enabling business change, and HR program advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that directly support goals and growth initiatives.
  2. Leadership Coaching: Provide coaching and development to senior management on leadership practices, employee engagement, and performance management.
  3. Performance Management: Oversee (PMP) performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
  4. Organizational Design: Participate in organizational restructuring initiatives, including workforce planning and job redesign.
  5. Data Analysis: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making, measuring the impact of HR initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s Degree Preferred with 12 to 15 years of experience.
  2. Extensive experience in Human Resources with a deep understanding of employment laws and best practices.
  3. Extensive experience dealing with multi-country in a global organization.
  4. Must have US work authorization.
