This role supports Regeneron’s corporate functions (G&A), including Finance, Law, IT, Global Procurement, Investor Relations, Facilities, Corporate Affairs, Business Development, and Strategic Alliances, with over 1200 employees primarily in NY, UK, Ireland, and Asia.

The Director-HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic HR support, coaching, talent management, and change management, reporting to an Executive Director and collaborating with a global HR team.

The role requires a minimum of 4 days onsite at Sleepy Hollow, NY, and involves responsibilities such as partnering with business leaders, supporting talent and performance management, and managing HRIS transactions.

Qualifications include significant HRBP leadership experience supporting G&A functions, preferably in IT or Legal, with a background in large, matrixed pharma/biotech organizations, and a bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience.
