This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.
Booking Holdings is currently undergoing a Global Finance Transformation that will drive effective finance support for business management, promote strong governance and control in the organization, and have a world-class finance organization in terms of execution and efficiency.
This role will be critical to the GBS Operations organization in assisting with the execution of critical initiatives related to process excellence. The person in this position will have leadership responsibility and will be expected to drive change through influence, relationships, communications, and execution. This individual will have experience working between the business and Financial Technology / Financial Systems to develop standardized, streamlined, harmonized, and optimized processes focusing on automation, scalability, and controls. In addition, this position supports the Knowledge Management content and development of new content related to processes and operational excellence. Lastly, this position will work alongside the VP and Sr Manager of GBS Operations to create and support a culture of continuous improvement, making it easier for people to work efficiently. This position requires action orientation and continual task level contribution to the initiatives, as well as management responsibilities.

There are a variety of job related factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus and equity grant.
The base salary range for Connecticut and the NYC-metro area is $135,900-$166,100.
