Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a seasoned Director to lead HPS Solutions Finance Strategy, guiding the enterprise through Software and SaaS transformation. You will shape recurring revenue streams, design strategic financial support, and partner with executives to drive long-term planning across the company.

The role requires 12+ years in finance/related fields, with 5+ years people management and deep ARR/SaaS experience.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related field.
• At least 5 years of prior people management experience.
• Deep ARR/SaaS experience with business models, technical accounting and external reporting.
• Ability to work within a matrix organization across business and finance for pan-HP initiatives.
• Prior M&A experience.

• Lead the creation and identification of recurring revenue streams across HP from a Finance perspective.
