Job summary

Gilchrist Inova seeks a strategic leader to oversee daily operations for a defined Gilchrist neighborhood, ensuring high-quality patient access, safety, and compliance. The role drives growth, partnerships, and community engagement with health systems and facilities.

The position requires a senior leader with a strong track record in health care administration, capable of guiding Neighborhood Leaders and delivering measurable outcomes in patient experience and organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred; 10+ years of leadership experience in health care.
• Experience in network collaborations or partnerships with health systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a defined Gilchrist neighborhood, including patient access, budget, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute a vision and strategy for growth, partnerships, and community affiliation.
• Foster relationships with health systems, residential care facilities, and community leaders to increase visibility and cooperation.
• Supervise Neighborhood Leaders and ensure patient safety, quality initiatives, and patient/family experience.
