Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Nurse Manager/Supervisor to oversee clinical and non-clinical services in our home health & hospice programs. The role emphasizes supervision of clinical operations, personnel management, and office oversight to ensure high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license with at least two years of home health experience and strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Valid clinical nursing license, state or compact.
• Minimum two years nursing experience within the last 36 months.
• Minimum one year of home health experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local home care laws and regulations.
• CPR certification and valid driver's license with automobile liability insurance.
• Strong technology skills including MS Office.
• In-office attendance is essential for performance (except designated full-time remote positions).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
