Job Summary

The Director of Home Division Operations leads the strategic and operational management of Harris Health's home-based care programs, including Hospital at Home and House Calls. This role drives program development, quality improvement, and integration across inpatient and outpatient settings to ensure seamless, high-quality care delivery in the home. The Director partners with cross-functional leaders to standardize processes, optimize clinical and financial outcomes, and sustain regulatory and accreditation compliance. This position champions innovation, builds collaborative networks, and ensures the division aligns with Harris Health's mission to expand access to patient-centered care.

Minimum Qualifications

Degrees:

• - PHD Advanced higher degree (PharmD, MD) (Preferred)
• - Master's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Health Administration or related healthcare field.

Licenses & Certifications:

• - Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) course: Certification for IS-700.B, IS-700.C, IS-200.HCA (obtained within 90 days of hire)
• - RN License or Registered Pharmacist
• - Current and unencumbered Texas Driver's License

Work Experience:

• - Nine (9) Years of Experience in healthcare operational setting, including acute care hospital experience, with at least 2 years' experience in program development and implementation.

Management Experience:

• - Six (6) Years of Experience in healthcare operational setting

1. 1) Thorough awareness of the Harris Health Scope of Practice, Standards of Practice, and Standards of the program.
2. 2) Knowledge and experience dealing with program oversight programs and environment of program data platforms. Maintenance of accreditation and specialty certification for area of specialty.
3. 3) Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build authentic relationships with a diverse set of high-profile stakeholders.
4. 4) Proficiency, creativity and innovation in establishing and evaluating program process and outcome measures, with alignment to both organizational and programmatic mission and vision.
5. 5) Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills in working with a diverse population of physicians, nurses, and support staff. Must partner with designated service line leadership.
