Job summary

Labcorp in Durham, NC seeks a Director of Product Management for hereditary cancer products. You will own lifecycle strategy, forecasting, pricing input, and the roadmap for hereditary cancer tests, driving portfolio direction across scientific, regulatory, and market access teams.

Hybrid work three days a week in Durham or Burlington. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in healthcare product management or portfolio strategy; 5+ years in genetic testing, hereditary cancer, or oncology

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle strategy, forecasting, pricing input, and the roadmap for hereditary cancer tests.
• Track scientific, regulatory, and competitive shifts to set portfolio direction.
• Represent the product across scientific, operations, and market access teams and lead launch readiness.
