Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director of Help Agent AI & Tooling to lead the team accountable for generative AI capabilities, evaluation tooling, observability, and initiatives powering Salesforce's Help Agent. This leader sits at the intersection of AI product strategy, data-driven evaluation, and production excellence.

Note: This role is not a traditional engineering position; it requires exceptional communication, executive presence, and the ability to develop talent while aligning stakeholders

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong executive presence and proven team leadership.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder groups and align business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI & Tooling team across Generative AI Strategy, Evaluations Tooling, Observability, NNAOV Program Management, and AI Skill & Application Development.
• Serve as a Customer Zero steward and influence roadmap through Shiproom intakes and partnerships.
• Monitor production health and drive end-to-end latency, engagement, escalation, and quality improvements.
