Ripple in New York is seeking a Head of Managed Services for the Treasury Hedge Accounting practice. You will lead a team of Derivative Accountants, own staffing, capacity planning, and KPI-driven delivery quality, and set the strategic direction for FX and Interest Rate hedge programs.

You will stay current on ASC 815/IFRS 9, defend complex positions with auditors, and partner across Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to shape capabilities and service design.

Formación

• CPA required; advanced degree in Accounting or Finance a plus.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience with 8–10 years focused on derivative instruments and hedge accounting under ASC 815 and IFRS 9, across FX and Interest Rate risk.
• 5+ years leading accounting/finance teams, including managers.
• Operational lead of a service practice: staffing, capacity planning, KPI tracking, workflows, delivery quality.
• Deep fluency in ASC 815 and IFRS 9; defend complex positions with auditors/clients.
• Strong understanding of FX and interest rate derivatives and related hedge accounting considerations.
• Proven ability to design/process improvements and run hedge accounting platforms.
• Strong communicator who explains complex accounting to non-technical audiences and defends positions.

Responsabilidades

• Design and manage the day-to-day operating model for the hedge accounting practice across FX and IR programs.
• Lead Hedge Accounting Managers and Derivative Accountants delivering technical excellence to clients.
• Forecast capacity, staffing, and organizational planning; monitor KPIs for delivery health.
• Own hiring, organizational design, and workforce planning as the practice grows.
• Define the practice strategy, standards, and escalation paths for complex positions.
• Own client support and solutions team, ensuring high-quality service.
• Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to inform platform/service design.
• Represent Managed Services in planning and reporting on portfolio health, delivery, and growth.
• Partner with Sales/Renewals to ensure growth and retention.
