Physicians Regional Medical Center - Collier is seeking a Director of Materials Management to oversee procurement, distribution, and inventory across the facility. You will drive cost-effective sourcing, negotiate contracts, and lead a team to optimize supply chain operations and support patient care.

The role requires strategic leadership, collaboration with clinical and operational leaders, and a focus on data-driven decision making to improve efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience (7+ years in lieu of degree)
• Master's degree preferred
• 3–5 years of leadership experience preferred
• 7+ years of direct experience in materials management or related field (in lieu of degree)

Responsabilités

• Develops and implements strategic plans for materials management, supply chain operations, and procurement.
• Oversees inventory control to maintain optimal supply levels and cost efficiency.
• Directs purchasing activities, vendor negotiations, and contract management.
• Leads and develops the materials management team and promotes continuous improvement.
• Collaborates with clinical and operational leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitors supply chain performance using data analytics and reporting tools.
