Job summary

Huron is seeking a Director Healthcare Digital Financial Performance to help health systems improve margins and cost transparency through EPM, analytics, and executive dashboards.

You will integrate Strata, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Oracle EPM with clinical, operational, and financial data, leading a team to deliver data-driven insights that enable smarter, faster decision-making across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, IS, or Healthcare Admin.
• MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
• 10+ years in healthcare financial analytics or EPM.
• Proven track record in margin improvement and cost transparency.
• Experience implementing Strata, Workday Adaptive Planning, or Oracle EPM.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable financial analytics and EPM architectures leveraging Strata, Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle EPM.
• Lead integration of EPM with EHR/EMR, ERP, revenue cycle, and supply chain systems.
• Define data governance, master data alignment, and auditability standards.
• Develop CFO-level dashboards and board-ready scorecards across EPM/BI platforms.
• Translate multi-platform data into clear, decision-ready visual stories.
