Job summary

LogicSource seeks a Director, Strategic Sourcing Facilities - Healthcare to lead Facilities strategy and sourcing for designated Healthcare accounts. You will own end-to-end RFPs, negotiate with suppliers, and guide client contracting while developing roadmaps aligned with sub-vertical strategy.

You will manage a sourcing team, partner with category leads, and deliver measurable cost savings with data-driven decision making in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing with deep expertise in Facilities categories.
• Proven experience developing sourcing strategies for complex Facilities categories and leading large-scale sourcing events.
• Strong background in supplier negotiations.
• Experience interfacing with clients and stakeholders at all organizational levels in a services industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in TCO modeling and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience driving change management and building cross-functional consensus.
• Experience identifying value engineering and spec optimization to reduce total cost without sacrificing quality.
• Strong knowledge of supplier ecosystems serving Facilities categories.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail oriented with the ability to deliver on client expectations and influence others.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with commitment to client service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable; travel less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Assigned-account ownership and strategy development for Healthcare facilities accounts.
• Partner with category leads on facilities strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Maintain and review account roadmaps, milestones, and savings progress.
• Lead and manage a team of sourcing professionals delivering high-quality service.
• Oversee end-to-end RFPs, supplier negotiations, and client contracting.
• Lead evaluations using total cost of ownership modeling.
• Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies beyond unit price.
• Monitor spend, supplier performance, and savings targets.
