Job summary

Qualifications

• 7 years in Data Analytics
• 10+ years in healthcare interoperability and clinical data exchange
• 15+ years in Healthcare IT delivery with payer/provider perspective
• 5+ years shaping healthcare technology strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic roadmap for healthcare data exchange across payer and provider ecosystems.
• Ensure robust data integration using HL7 V2 and FHIR to support clinical workflows.
• Oversee hiring decisions, coaching, rewards, and staff performance.
• Direct day-to-day operations of the department and policy programs.
• Monitor production data platforms and partner with IT for tool optimization.
• Deliver data assets and APIs reliably to end-users and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with data governance, engineering teams, and external partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
