Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Director of Contract Management to lead the system-wide contract operations, develop policies, and partner with Legal, Finance and Supply Chain to optimize the contract lifecycle.

You will mentor a team, drive compliance with Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statutes and HIPAA, and advise senior leadership on regulatory risks while maintaining FMV standards and effective vendor management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies or related field.
• Seven years of related experience with at least three in leadership; healthcare contract compliance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state healthcare laws including Stark Law and HIPAA; FMV understanding.
• Proficiency with contract lifecycle tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the system-wide contract operations framework.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate the contract management team across departments.
• Develop policies and daily protocols for contract administration and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, HR, supply chain, IT and clinical leaders.
• Oversee the contract pipeline and storage of physician arrangements and vendor agreements.
• Design internal audit controls to verify invoices match contract terms.
• Advise senior leadership on regulatory changes and institutional risks.
