Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support written reports and policies.
• Must be analytical, detail oriented, and able to maintain privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Compliance Program under the Chief Compliance Officer.
• Identify and assess areas of compliance risk for the hospital.
• Develop and implement compliance policies, training programs, and educational initiatives.
• Monitor internal compliance reporting processes and the compliance hotline.
• Collaborate with Executive Team and Board to integrate the program within operations.
