Job summary

St. Tammany Health System in Covington, LA is seeking a Corporate Compliance professional to support the System’s compliance program and governance efforts.

The role partners with the Chief Compliance Officer and Executive Team to identify risk areas, develop policies, and educate staff on regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include managing licensure activities with the LDH and other agencies, preparing applications, maintaining records, and providing oversight to the Compliance Auditor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of hospital or healthcare system experience in corporate compliance, credentialing, or licensing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support reporting and policies.

Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Compliance Program under the Chief Compliance Officer.
• Identify and assess areas of compliance risk for the hospital.
• Communicate critical information to leadership and governance as required.
• Oversee licensure activities with LDH and other licensing agencies; prepare applications and maintain records.
