You will lead Contracting, Analytics, Pricing, and Training, guiding a 20–25 person team and collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service to drive profitable growth. The role supports healthcare contracting with GPOs and hospital systems, with a hybrid work model based in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial operations.
• Extensive experience in healthcare contracting, including GPOs and hospital systems.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy, analytics, and revenue optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Commercial Operations organization (Contracting, Analytics, Pricing, Training).
• Oversee pricing governance and profitability initiatives.
• Manage healthcare contracting activity with GPOs, hospital systems and commercial agreements.
• Oversee analytics, reporting, and BI to support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service to execute priorities.
• Develop talent and foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Champion process improvement and scalable commercial solutions.
