This role requires 7+ years in healthcare strategy, venture, or ops, deep knowledge of pharma/health tech, and the ability to move from research to polished deliverables.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare strategy, venture, or related ops.
• Direct experience in pharma tech, health tech, or tech-enabled services is preferred.
• Proven ability to own end‑to‑end work product with limited oversight.
• Strong ability to develop strategic relationships and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead insight generation, content production, and stakeholder engagement.
• Own content development for assigned segments from draft to delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with priority stakeholders across McKesson units.
• Support portfolio development activities and broker strategic introductions.
• Elevate McKesson Ventures' external presence via thought leadership.
