Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of experience in student affairs, admissions, financial aid or a related field.
• Higher education experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversees recruitment, admission, financial aid and scholarship processes for pre-licensure programs (BSN, DABSN, MN).
• Develops strategic and operational recruitment plans to enhance student admissions.
• Promotes seamless progression of students across program offerings in collaboration with faculty and staff.
• Allocates financial aid to merit and need-based awards and reports enrollment trends.
• Ensures compliance with policies and enhances financial literacy for students and families.
