Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management required or RHIA/RHIT certification preferred.
• Experience leading HIM operations, audits, and privacy/compliance programs.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, state/federal regulations, and revenue cycle collaboration.

Responsibilities include leading and mentoring Health Information Management staff, maintaining compliance with HIPAA and applicable state and federal regulations, overseeing coding accuracy and record completion, supporting audits, monitoring key performance indicators, and collaborating on revenue cycle and quality initiatives.
