Oregon Health & Science University seeks a Director of Quality & Health Equity to lead the development and execution of the quality and health equity strategy for OHSU Health Services. The role centers on using analytics to identify disparities, design targeted interventions, and improve outcomes across Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial populations.

The Director collaborates with executive leadership, analytics, IT, payers, and community partners to implement and sustain value-based care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare field, business administration or related field.
• Quality improvement training, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive leadership experience, including leadership in healthcare settings.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in healthcare quality improvement, population health, value-based care, health equity, or closely related work.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the quality and health equity strategy for OHSU Health Services.
• Lead programs that monitor, analyze, stratify, and act upon data to improve outcomes and reduce disparities.
• Collaborate with leaders, payers, and community partners to implement data-driven improvement programs.
• Set performance goals for quality measures, health equity priorities, and value-based contract requirements.
• Oversight of staff performing quality improvement, analytics, and related program work.
