We are searching for a leader in our health economics and outcomes (HEOR) group. The Primary Data Collection (PDC) Director has an extensive background in research that involves the collection of data from primary sources, including person-reported as well as documented sources. Successful leaders must have an entrepreneurial spirit—are innovative by nature, and always working to create new approaches and products, and services. The PDC Director supports internal teams and initiatives and develops solid relationships both internally and externally. The PDC Director not only advises internal researchers and external customers on strategy and evidence generation planning, but works actively on research initiatives from scientific protocol development through dissemination.

The salary range for this role is $124,500 to $239,400 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
